- Active recruitment of candidates for production, warehouse and technical positions using various channels.
- Conducting comprehensive recruitment processes, from CV selection to final employment.
- Conducting job interviews with an emphasis on verifying experience and practical skills.
- Building and managing a candidate database, maintaining constant contact with potential employees.
- Close cooperation with operational department managers to precisely define recruitment needs.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting employees for manual or production positions.
- Practical knowledge of the specifics of the blue-collar labor market and the ability to effectively acquire candidates.
- The ability to quickly verify the manual skills and practical predispositions of candidates.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and line managers.
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and any other Asian Language needed to speak
