We are now seeking candidates for the position of:
GL Accountant
Place of work: Łódź
Responsibilities:
- Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the general ledger / general accounting domain
- Participation in various types of projects - according to business needs
- Daily/monthly execution of general ledger accounting operations along with providing professional process advisory and proposing improvement opportunities
- Participation in accounting process transformation programs and system implementation activities. Preparation of process documentation (process flow maps, Standard Operation Procedures, RACI matrix)
- Supporting process transitions in different phases (planning, design, knowledge transfer, go-live, stabilization)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting / General Ledger domain
- Good command of English
- Excellent analytical skills along with MS Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP)
Will be an asset if:
- You have previous experience in participation in transition and improvement activities
