About this opportunity

Welcome to the Financial Plan Services 2 team. We add value by managing investments for our customers. As Junior/Process Officer, Lodz you’ll play a valuable role in helping our customers to maintanace their investments and provide all necessary service around it.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with financial plan products within Swedish, Danish and Finnish area
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries 
  • Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs, as well as working with methodologies that help improve our way of working, to be more effective and productive in our tasks
  • Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
  • Helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs

You’ll join a ast developing team with a fantastic atmosphere. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

  • English on communicative level (at least B2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Experience in a financial services environment will be an asset
